To uphold our commitment to delivering top-notch, swift, and dependable service, ClickMagick has established a Fair Use Policy, often referred to as the FUP.
This policy outlines guidelines for customers to ensure that each user enjoys a consistently excellent experience. ClickMagick diligently monitors usage to maintain reasonable parameters and align it with the service's intended purpose.
The primary goal of the Fair Use Policy is to support the multi-tenant nature of ClickMagick's service. When one user places excessive demands on the service, it may impact the experience for others. While the majority of our users are considerate in their usage, even a small number of inappropriate activities can disrupt the service for everyone. The FUP effectively manages such misuse and ensures fair usage for all.
ClickMagick is designed for individual advertisers to track, optimize, and manage their own advertising endeavors or those of their clients. It is not intended for operating advertising or affiliate networks, nor for tracking high volumes of low-quality traffic.
Our monitoring system continuously observes usage patterns. Only customers consistently exceeding reasonable load or deviating from the intended use will be affected by the FUP. If such usage is detected, ClickMagick will reach out to resolve the issue. Failure to respond within 7 days may result in the termination of the customer's account.
We recognize that occasional spikes in traffic may occur outside typical usage patterns. As long as the service is used within its intended purpose, such events are exempt from the Fair Use Policy.
